CHG Holdings identified the opportunity, acquired the site, secured planning permission, negotiated a pre-let with Travelodge, arranged forward funding and delivered the completed hotel.
Salisbury Retirement Living
Following acquisition of the site, CHG Holdings identified Churchill Living as the preferred occupier and worked collaboratively through the planning process before completing the sale for redevelopment.
Portsmouth City Centre Regeneration
Acting on behalf of the landowner, CHG Holdings coordinated the consultant team, secured planning consent and prepared the project for forward funding and disposal.
Totnes Trade Park
CHG Holdings sourced and acquired the site before securing planning permission for a new industrial trade park. Development delivery and occupier procurement will commence in 2027.
